- Confidentiality: Models/Participants agree to keep confidential all information related to the fashion show and its details.
- Models/Participants shall make themselves available for all scheduled sessions arranged by the organizers.
- Be Unique right to use the photographs, interviews and video footage of the contestants for promotion, advertising and live/recording programming.
- Models/Participants shall strictly adhere to timings as per schedule provided by the organizers.
- Rehearsal: The model agrees to attend all scheduled rehearsals and make themselves available for any additional rehearsals if required.
- All fees paid to the participation are non-refundable and non-transferable in nature in full or in part under any circumstance.
- Model’s Appearance: The model agrees to present themselves in the best possible manner, including clothing and grooming.
- Models/participants responsible to exercise due diligence and take necessary precautions to avoid any damage or mishandling of the provided designer cloths and other accessories.
- Schedule of the events and sequences are subjected to change at the discretion of the organizers.
- Models/Participants agree not to speak with any media person or talk about internal or external affairs, strategies, results or activities without informing to the concerned authorities of organizer (beunique).
- The models/participants should be responsible for their belongings and the organizers could not be held responsible if any properties lost.
- Computer generated / Electronic forms therefore does not require physical signature. Agree the terms and condition considered as valid.
