- Confidentiality: Kid Models/Participants/parents/guardians agree to keep confidential all information related to the fashion show and its details.
- Kid Models/Participants shall make themselves available for all scheduled sessions arranged by the organizers.
- Be Unique right to use the photographs, interviews and video footage of the contestants for promotion, advertising and live/recording programming.
- Schedule of the events and sequences are subjected to change at the discretion of the organizers.
- The kid models/participants/parents/guardians should be responsible for their belongings and the organizers could not be held responsible if any properties lost.
- All fees paid to the participation are non-refundable and non-transferable in nature in full or in part under any circumstance.
